VEGETABLE GROWING , MOTHER EARTHS VISION, LEADERSHIP, HUMILITY AND A HOMELESS INVITATION TO YOU from faizel and friends and casual labourers a

Perhaps you have never considered one day casual labourer or homeless workers might feed your family for free?  That they have more drive and will to make a success of it than most of us?

We seem to be learning that the earth is still ready to feed us for free. she does not require much in return .Nothing in fact. but for those that have lost a home mother earth would allow people  , anyone at all in fact, to build a home anywhere but us humans are another matter.

Nevertheless when a person becomes homeless she does the best she can , still better than our civilised society.


In any case that may take awhile in human evolution still but meantime faizel and friends have an offer to open your heart , for free, in way several years ago people on the street opend my heart with the gratitude and example of the lives they lead.

over the last few days talking to faizel and others somewhere between plumstead and simonstown where they live a humble existence , who we have supported in limited ways for many years, (homeless people mostly prefer their location private) I was again impressed by resourcefulness, courage and leadership which in varying degrees homeless people have in often far greater abundance than homed poeple which wuld be my only beacn of hope were i to becme homeless one day. . thats what i have learnt in the last 5 years.

it is summer and well this is heaven for homeless folk but the winter the hell comes up on soon . talking to faizel over the last  few days one some qualities jumped out at me .. equanimity, resourcefulness and leadership. Life will show us our teachers in life in the most unexpected situations when we become open to it ..it could be that faizel and his buddies all 14 000 we are told homeless and far more casual labouriers out of work are teaching us as city humility and vision. technical skills to grow be vegetables are one thing but growng them when life seems to have come to total dead end is another.perhas you have never cnsidered one day casual laboutier or homless workers might feed your family for free?

homeless people HAVE NEVER wanted handouts, they want to grow their own food and its started on our neck of the woods ,nor do casual labouriers who we see forced to now beg sadly on the side . in our other project Casual Labourers and Family Support Project

HOUSING For HOMELESS and modest income

its our belief , since we have engaged in that for a long time and with support have homed some indiviudals,  some successfully,  some not, that this will also house a few people in hwoever humble abodes  to,  in our plans to structure it and ..or pay a little gas to cook meals in capricorn hillview steenberg etc.
instead of being forced to make fires to cook ( not even possible in wnter) . Of  he 12  soup kitchens we deliver food to (see current report ) some have no gas at times. and cook on fires occasionally.

VOLUNTEERS and MENTORING
we are exploring the linkups  and keen to find sponsors but even more important, volunteers . it wil be planned metiiculously with trusted people like we try to do whatever we do ...if you or your organisation have a record of helping people who are vulnerable on the street ,,,and you understand their needs or would like to better and prhaps mentoring and support to one vulnerable person located near you.. or just if you want to establish synchronicity, feel free to  contact us here
