Peninsula Street Compassion is a group of volunteers whose mission is focused on both homeless people and Unemployed workers from surrounding townships. Our activities include:

• INTERACTION ON THE STREET Interacting with people on the street to alleviate in however small way The struggles to find nourishment, shelter, dignity, acceptance and provide information of services that exist.
• AWARENESS Raising awareness on the web of local homelessness issues in a compassionate way to offest the judement that often comes from a lack of understanding the complexity of homelessness.
• COLLABORATING , whilst interacting on the street with homeless and unemployed workers from townships with Department of Social Development with Shelters and Social Services in SRAs of Muizenburg Kalk bay and St James and trying to promote such SRA services  in Fish Hoek where they do not exist
• RAISING FUNDS for FOOD CLOTHING BLANKETS and our SOCIAL UPLIFTMENT PROJECTS
